Tammy Summers is a seasoned communicator, leadership educator, and DISC‑certified trainer with more than 25 years of experience in biotech and in‑vitro diagnostics. Her background spans R&D, Operations investigations, technical support, training, and global customer service leadership, supported by an MBA in Global Management. Tammy has delivered training across multiple countries and cultures, giving her a strong ability to connect with diverse teams and adapt learning to different communication styles. She equips managers, teams, and entrepreneurs with DISC‑based tools for communication, delegation, interviewing, and team‑building.
