Previously, she served as Director of the Imperial Small Business Development Center, where she designed and facilitated trainings and programs that enhanced local entrepreneurship and supported organizational development. He has held key roles with major retailers, including Walmart, K-Mart, Target, Sears, and Pep Boys Automotive, where his strong communication skills helped him lead investigations, strengthen compliance, and improve operational efficiency. Esteban is known for his disciplined approach to safety management, his ability to build cohesive, results-driven teams, and his strong record in sales and customer service performance. With a focus on organizational development, he has also advocated for women in leadership roles within the industry. A Wicklander-Zulawski-certified interviewer, he brings deep expertise in internal and external investigations, OSHA and HAZMAT protocols, and in creating safer, more accountable workplace environments.

Tammy Summers is a seasoned communicator, leadership educator, and DISC‑certified trainer with over 25 years of experience in biotech and in‑vitro diagnostics. Her extensive background encompasses R&D, operations investigations, technical support, training, and global customer service leadership, all supported by an MBA in Global Management. Tammy has delivered training across multiple countries and cultures, which enhances her ability to connect with diverse teams and adapt learning to various communication styles.
